2. 10 steps to the natural garden.
3. Lavender is great.
4. Restaurant for birds.
5. Original supports for peas.
6. Happy New Year!
Hooray. Summing up the results of the competition
So, it is high time - on the eve of the coming New Year - to sum up the results of our competition. Immediately I say a huge thank you to everyone who took an active part in it! All - well done! Not only because they sent a photo and told about yourself, but also because you really love your dacha, want to make it beautiful and spare no time or effort for this. And one and the other really need to give a lot in order for the results of the work expended to be impressive.
10 steps to a natural garden
If you love wildlife and its natural beauty, then of course you can easily recreate such a corner in your suburban area. Where to start and what to pay special attention to? I hope this material will help answer these questions.
So, you have decided to completely equip the site in a natural style. Then - get down to business.
Lavender is gorgeous
If you have ever seen a whole lavender field, then you will surely agree with me: this lilac-blue sea cannot but bewitch. You can watch it for hours. And also the smell envelops, and it seems that you are in paradise. Get lavender on your site - and you will definitely admire it for 20-25 years (that is how much it can grow in one place).
I wanted to write about a hotel for birds, but decided that in winter the restaurant is even more important for them, and today we are talking about it. What can I say, birds are excellent helpers in the country. So, they need to be taken care of, especially now in winter.
Original supports for peas
In the last issue we talked about supports for tomatoes, and why are peas worse? He also needs to rely on something.
And for the New Year's table from me is such an edible decoration - an installation on a gardening theme. I suggest only the basis, and everything else is your imagination.

Tanyusha Asyav your golfs, this is something incredible: my favorite color (sea wave, alas, was not transferred in the photo), some fantastically intricate patterns and weaves (I am not capable of this.) It’s a pity to even wear such beauty, she place at the exhibition. The magazines are very informative, I have long dreamed of learning how to knit such slippers from rhombuses, and the Norwegian patterns will now be at hand. A soft blue yarn has replenished my hamster stocks, I will definitely knit something by the summer. Beads, beads, ribbons, stripes and a pussy will just come in handy for decorating New Year's gifts for relatives, which, I hope, will still have time to knit. Tanya, thank you very much.

I want to wrap myself up in it with my nose. Tanya, thank you, you gave me some incredible sensations. ... (I saw the postcard after the photo session, it is not in the photo. for glaze: 1 tbsp. butter 2 tablespoons sugar 2-3 tablespoons sour cream 2 tbsp cocoa
If your cottage cheese is too wet, then squeeze it first. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Beat the yolks with sugar until a glossy mass. Now add semolina, room temperature oil, yolk mass and raisins to the curd. Mix well with a mixer (I used a whisk) and add the lemon zest. We mix. Beat the whites until peaks. And we carefully introduce them into the curd mass. Mix gently with a spoon. Grease the baking dish with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs (I did not do this, but put parchment paper). We spread the mass. We bake at 190 C for 50-60 minutes. We take it out of the oven, let it cool and then remove it from the mold. We turn it upside down and leave it there (so that the cheesecake turns out to be even). Pour hot glaze. Let it cool completely and put it in the refrigerator for the night (or at least 5-6 hours.). Be sure to take the time!
And then in the morning we cut (preferably with a wet knife) pieces and serve for breakfast!

“Growing cucumbers. on a personal plot "Research work. Work theme
1 Research work Theme of work "Cultivation of cucumbers on a personal plot" Completed by: Tikhonova Olesya Vitalievna student of 3 "A" class of the Municipal budgetary educational institution of secondary school with in-depth study of individual subjects 30 of the city of Pyatigorsk Head: Kobrina Natalya Viktorovna, primary school teacher MBOU School 30.0

3 Introduction Cucumbers are a source of trace elements and iodine. They contain more iodine than salad, potatoes and onions (Appendix 1). In medical nutrition, cucumbers are used for obesity and diabetes mellitus. The fruits of cucumber have little sodium chloride, which retains water in the body, a lot of phosphorus, calcium and potassium, which the body needs for cardiovascular diseases, in a word - cucumbers contain many useful properties. Cucumber is the orderly of our body. Fruits contain tonic enzymes that promote better absorption of protein foods and improve digestion. Purpose of work: to grow cucumbers in the open field, to get fruits. Objectives: 1. Get information about growing cucumbers in the open field. 2. Sow and grow cucumbers. 3. Observe the growth and development of plants and fruits of cucumbers. 4. Fix the results, take photographs. Research relevance: the consumption of cucumbers is diverse. They are most valuable fresh in salads, mixed with green onions, tomatoes, radishes, parsley, dill. Cucumbers are also used in the preparation of stuffed second courses. Finally, large quantities of cucumbers are harvested at home for future use: they are salted, pickled, canned (Appendix 2). In folk medicine, fresh cucumbers and juice are used for diseases of the stomach, liver, kidneys, for the care of the skin of the face, neck and hands. Terms of the study: studies of the growth of cucumbers took place over 5 months (from May to September 2015). Location of the study: the cultivation of cucumbers took place on a personal plot. 2
4 2. Methods of work We studied the experience of several gardeners, but used the recommendations set out in the book "Gardener's Encyclopedia" (2000). Conducted observations using the recommendations from the manual "Young researcher of nature." 3. Research results 3.1 Literature review Cucumber is an annual herb of the pumpkin family. Its stem is rounded, rounded-faceted or faceted, usually creeping, but with the help of antennae it is able to wrap around supports and take an upright position. The cucumber has a main stem and side shoots. The length and degree of branching of the stem varies depending on the variety and growing conditions (Appendix 1). The root system of the cucumber is weak, so it is necessary to preserve its integrity as much as possible when growing cucumber seedlings. When sowing cucumber seeds, it is unacceptable to thin out, pulling out excess plants. You should pluck out their ground part or cut it off so as not to damage the roots of nearby plants. You cannot loosen the soil deeply with ordinary hoes. The bright orange-yellow color of flowers containing a small amount of nectar attracts bees and other insects that transfer pollen from male flowers to female flowers (Appendix 3). Cucumber is a light-loving plant that responds to changes in lighting. The highest yields can be obtained with good illumination, therefore, sunny places on the site should be allocated under the cucumber. Cucumber is very demanding on temperature conditions. Plants are absolutely frost-resistant and react immediately to temperature changes. To grow a cucumber, an increased moisture content of the soil and air is required, therefore, to obtain a good harvest, the plant should be well watered. 3
5 The growth and development of cucumber is influenced by the wind, as it increases the evaporation of water from the leaves, from the soil surface, carries away carbon dioxide and, as a result, decreases photosynthesis and productivity. With strong dry winds, the growth and development of plants, the formation of fruits are suspended, and sometimes even completely stop, and their productivity generally decreases. 3.2 Results of observations and research Landing features. We planted cucumbers in two ways: 1 way. The seeds were soaked and planted in open ground when the soil warmed up to +15, +17 C. For sowing, holes were prepared, which were placed in one row. 4-5 seeds were placed in each well. Sowing depth up to 2 cm (Appendix 4). Method 2. Used seedlings. To do this, we broke ridges, in the middle of which we made holes 20 cm deep and planted seedlings in them (Appendix 5). Growth of cucumbers. Cucumber shoots appeared 8 days after sowing. They were in the form of two juicy cotyledonous leaves, which, after reaching the surface, continued to grow for 10 days (Appendix 6). Then real leaves began to develop, and in 25 days after the emergence of seedlings, the plants already had 3-5 leaves. Antennae began to develop in the sinuses of leaf 8 (Appendix 7). Within a month, the stems reached 7-12 cm. The plants began to bloom 40 days after sowing. After another 7 days, the fruits appeared (Appendix 8). We measured the fruits and found that when the air temperature is C during the day, cucumbers grow on average by 3-4 cm per day (Appendix 9). We got the first harvest 45 days after germination. Watering cucumbers should be done with warm water. To do this, near the ridge with cucumbers, we installed a barrel and poured water into it early in the morning, so that for 4
6 day she warmed up. During fruiting, we watered cucumbers 1 time in 2 days in the evening (Appendix 10). Remove the fruit carefully so as not to damage the whip. At the same time, we removed yellow and diseased fruits, hooks, so that they would not weaken the plants and delay the formation of new ovaries. We collected cucumber fruits every other day, from one bush about 5 cucumbers each. Features of growing cucumbers. We used several methods of growing cucumbers: Method 1 - "Vrasstil". We used the cultivation of "sprouted" cucumbers on the ridges, where there was more space, so that the plants could freely spread along the ground. The even distribution of the cucumber lashes allowed the plants to make the most of the sunlight. In July, when it was very hot, moisture remained under the leaves longer, the cucumbers did not dry out (Appendix 11). However, it was necessary to very carefully collect the fruits so as not to disturb the plant stems and their position. In damp weather, the fruits of the cucumbers were dirty, damp, and began to hurt (Appendix 12). Method 2 - growing cucumbers on a trellis. This method saves space, so we used it on ridges where there was little space. The stakes were driven into the ground, and a trellis wire was attached to them from above. When using the trellis, we tied the cucumber lashes with twine (Appendix 13). The fruits here were clean, were in sight, a good light regime was observed, the risk of developing diseases was reduced due to ventilation. But during a drought, the lashes were quickly sent to dry, the cucumbers became bitter, hooked. 4. Conclusions 1. We used various methods of planting cucumbers and found that the cucumbers planted with seedlings give fruit a month earlier than those planted. five
7 2. According to the recommendations received, we have grown 12 cucumber bushes and got the harvest from July to September. 3. By observing the growth of cucumbers, we found out that different cultivation methods have advantages and disadvantages. However, the cucumbers grown on the trellis produced more fruit. Lack of moisture or its excess leads to disease of cucumbers, fruit spoilage (Appendix 14). 4. In the process of observations, we recorded the results of the research, took photographs, which can be viewed in the Appendix. 5. Conclusion Growing cucumbers is not an extra difficult task, however this crop has its own requirements. Cucumber is very fond of light and moisture, and in relation to heat it is one of the most thermophilic crops. And if you take this matter seriously, you can get an excellent harvest and not only feast on cucumbers in the summer, but also prepare them for the winter. The whole family was involved in growing cucumbers with me. Dad, Vitaly Vladimirovich Tikhonov, made tapestries for lashes. Together with my sister, Yulia, and my grandmother, Oleinik Evgenia Mikhailovna, we watered cucumbers, tied whips, loosened the ground, and reaped the harvest. And with my mother, Tatyana Nikolaevna Tikhonova, we recorded observations, took photographs, and performed work. And with the whole family we have prepared excellent pickles for the winter. This was not the end of our research. We plan to grow cucumbers in barrels next year. 6

One day in early spring, when the snow began to melt, I noticed a lot of garbage lying on our streets I watched. I sat down such pictures.
everyone is concerned about the ecology of the environment today. A lot of people are to blame. He does not think about what we will be with in a few decades. at home from Taking out the trash, few people think about what happens to him next.
People believe that it is possible to get rid of garbage if it is burnt or buried, but harmful substances get into rivers, soil and lakes, poisoning the water that we use, and when we drink it, when we burn it, the air we breathe. destruction The problem of waste will remain if it is not addressed. today already she threatens with new ecological subject.
The subject of my research is household waste and their new life.

Japan on garbage ... is growing.
cities Cleaning in Japan, collection and disposal of garbage does not stand out in any special way among other countries here. But the world, how they deal with the garbage in Osaka city, deserves attention. As it should have been garbage, the Japanese decided to do what they needed the most - land. Or, more correctly, there is. Then I dry garbage removal carried out in certain places, after disassembling it, it turns into a kind of some kind of land. And then this "land" of the coastal line is taken out and stepped on the ocean. Such a sea with a war can make someone smile, however, real islands have already been created from the collected and removed garbage. As an excellent illustration of this unconventional waste disposal method, the artificial island that has become the real Kansai airport.
garbage disposal in German cities - a whole industrial Being. the process is a guest of the German, you will be surprised how complicated, for example, the procedure of morning coffee. The German will carefully throw the rest and the infusion into the used powder into a container special for food waste, and a bag of coffee under (having carefully examined it beforehand!) - make a mistake. And another German can't do it - if the waste is inadvertently thrown out of a burned-out incandescent light bulb, the owner of this garbage can face a considerable fine. However, over time, such pedantry seemed superfluous to the German. The collection and removal of neatly sorted waste requires a lot of money, and more and more new materials are still appearing. And the number of different collection containers for and removal of various garbage is all to China.
the worms help increase.
We will not touch all of China, let's look at Hong Kong. All the garbage of preliminary sorting taken out afterwards is proposed to be given ... to be eaten by worms. An army of worms ready to pounce on the garbage mountains - more than 80 million individuals. Not only that, they devour all biological so waste they leave behind a most valuable fertilizer! that the reasons for the increase in the amount of garbage in our village are:
- growth in production of disposable goods
- increase in the number of packaging

- a low level of culture of the inhabitants asked.
I have a question for the village adults and my classmates: where do they put the garbage?
During the survey, I was pleased with the fact that 21 people answered that they burn the garbage that burns, and that they do not take it away, it burns to the landfill. This is already sorting the signs of garbage by people, which needs to be recycled for recycling.
I spent an hour among my classmates on this topic. The guys learned about what interesting things you can make from garbage. They themselves wanted to do something. Here's what we got:
4. Elimination Ways of garbage, as well as the recycling of household waste. LET'S SAY GARBAGE - NO! "SECOND OLD LIFE OF THINGS"
Products from pieces of leather
Plastic lids from bottles
Old magazines and newspapers
Pencil from disks and a tray for the Product.
eggs from unnecessary discs
Miscellaneous flower beds from old objects
Flowerbeds from objects of old residents of Ruzayevka.
Working on my project, I learned a lot of new things and learned useful things for myself:
- How to fight with others in garbage countries
- How is this my village problem solved?
- I have made sure that the problem is multi-scale - garbage.
In order for it to be ours in a pure village, you need to follow some of the following:
- advice urns
- keep clean - do not litter
- to hold subbotniks
- divide the population by territories, assign each to a group of plots
- hang warning posters, brigades set up controls
- plant flowers and trees in designated areas every spring
- to hold contests "The cleanest street (territory)", "The most beautiful after all"
the site as the proverb says: "Cleanly, not where, they clean clean, but where cleanliness is monitored."
Making various crafts, I came to the conclusion that, from unnecessary things, you can make a lot of useful and necessary things that can be useful, decorate your home interior, become a good gift for family and friends.
For my villagers, I issued leaflets urging cleanliness.
When the containers with moist, poorly nutritious soil are ready, stick the cuttings into the ground near the edge of the pot. There is more air at the outer edge than in the center, which favors the development of cuttings. Make sure that the leaves of the cuttings do not touch. If the future plants are placed too closely, they can be struck by a fungal infection. The presence of air between the leaves prevents the germination of fungal spores.
If you notice signs of fungal disease, immediately remove the plastic bag and place the pots far apart.
